I'm your host, Corey Muscara, and in today's episode we're going to talk about why no amount of fixing yourself can make

0:15.9

you more whole.

0:17.9

More to come on that in a moment.

0:19.7

First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. Okay, so let's start with the statement.

0:45.0

There is no amount of fixing yourself that will make you more whole than you are right now. There is no amount of fixing

0:57.2

yourself that will make you more whole than you are right now. Really let that land in the depth of your being because it's not

2:38.0

the patterns, the thoughts, the stories, the emotions, all of that, is more like the sky itself and all of these things that we see that it's like

2:48.0

I want to shift that or change that that's more like the climate patterns, the thoughts, the weather of the day and

2:55.8

you know we can move to a nicer climate for sure but on a fundamental level it's

3:01.5

not changing us and a big a big part of our journey is

3:09.0

Remembering that wholeness right and so wholeness the experience of wholeness, right? And so wholeness, the experience of wholeness is not something we get, it's something
