It's all about the experience for them. We want to create a great experience for them.

We want to create a Disneyland experience for our client. That's what I'm there to do. I'm there to take care of them.

I want to focus on them when I'm there. I want to get everything else out of my mind. I'm there for that client. I'm there to take care of them. We are going to find problems. I mean, that's part of our job.

And if I do find any issues or concerns that are, if I bring it up to you and present you with

some opportunities to get it corrected.
