Something that I've realized, a lot of people ask. In fact, most people ask this question

when they want to know how you have created success or how you've created the business

you have, I notice whether they're asking me or someone else who they look up to, most people

ask the question, what did you do? How did you do it? What steps did you take? What was the

strategy that produced the results that you have?

It's a great question, don't get me wrong, but there's a better question that I wish more

people asked me. And it's the question of who did you need to become? So who did you actually

have to transform into in order to produce the results that you have?

And I actually believe that the real, if we want to call them secrets to success, lie more in the

answer to that question, who did you have to become, than they do in the previous

question, what did you do? What were the action steps that you took? In fact, when I look back at all

of my biggest breakthroughs in business, they have all come on the other side of up-leveling my

identity to match the results that I wanted to produce. So literally upleveling,

changing, aligning who I am, the thoughts that I think, the beliefs that I hold, all of that

comprises your identity. And the more you really work on the internal stuff, you really work to

uplevel your identity to match the results
