Summary
Twelve years ago, Ryan Stewman launched the Hardcore Closer Podcast. At that time in his life, he was working in sales..........his whole world was sales.
The inception of the Hardcore Closer brand came during a mortgage closing at a local title company and the woman handed her card to Ryan and on it said her name and her title........."Closer."
At the time, this made Ryan laugh partly cause he was drunk and partly because "Betty" at the title company was a paper-pushing facilitator and not a true closer.
Ryan was a closer when he was in the mortgage and automotive industries. When the salespeople couldn't get a "yes" they would send Ryan in to seal the deal.
He started working with people in the mortgage industry, and real estate helping them generate leads, build funnels, build CRMs, and taught them the systems and processes necessary to follow up like a boss, have more conversations, close more sales and make more money.
As intended, human beings evolve.
At this point in life, Ryan has become more than just a salesperson.
Sales got him to the place where he had enough experience, and proof of concept and he's taught thousands of people the strategies and tactics that helped him become a multi-millionaire.
And he kept evolving. He's written books. Spoken on stages. Attracted a killer staff, helped other entrepreneurs grow and scale their companies, and this has made him something different........the example, and now, a leader.
In this episode, Ryan does a deep dive into the inception of the Hardcore Closer Brand, some of the journeys he's taken along the way, and a detailed outline of what transformation looks like moving forward.
As you know, most things don't go away, they just get good.
