and your background. So they just kind of get to know you a little bit. Sure. Yeah, I'm a person who loved cooking as a little boy, about seven years old, but did not realize it could be a career. So I spent the rest of my life just kind of doing it on the side as a hobby. And then 9-11 happened. And I was like, okay, I'm going to just like life is precious, you know, and just kind of that was like the Pearl Harbor of our generation, right?
