Like loss of the familiar. So we have to normalize this conversation around like even if you're excited about the move that you're making right now, that there's also this simultaneous feeling of resistance and maybe a little bit of fear

and like an unsettling, like, uncomfortable feeling in your body that is totally normal and

does not mean that you're not capable, does not mean that you didn't make the right choice.

It just means that you're experiencing what's required for you to really grow and evolve. So whether you are, you know, changing career paths altogether, or you're starting
