by the U.S. consulate.

Siddiquisha Kononki, a 20-year-old University of Pittsburgh student, disappeared while on spring break in the Dominican Republic. Sudikshah is believed to have vanished in the early morning hours of March 6th after she and a group of seven others went

to the beach at around 4.15 a.m. Joshua Reby, a 22-year-old college student, is believed

to have been the last person to see Siddiquia before her disappearance. On Tuesday,

a Dominican judge ruled in favor of Reby's writ of habeas corpus, calling his detainment in the Dominican Republic unlawful.

Siddiquia's parents have asked the Dominican police for a declaration of death,

believing that their daughter drowned in the rough waters of the beach.

Both sides of the authorities have shown us how high the ocean waves were at the time of incident.

And both sides of the authorities also clarified that the person of interest is not suspect from the beginning.
