cast. A new analysis from the Cook political report shows Vice President

Harris is gaining ground and a handful of key battleground states

Their analysis moved North Carolina from a lean Republican contest to a toss-up

It's the state Democrats of

Haven't won since 2008 and even then that was the first time they'd won it since

I'd 76 so it's not something that happens very frequently

Meanwhile Kamala Harris and Tim Wall's are traveling through Georgia this week on a bus tour.

It's a state that was basically off the table for Joe Biden as they try to reach voters in redder,

more rural parts of the state, particularly the Sunbelt.

The Sunbelt inflation has been a much more acute issue in Sun Belt

states than in the Northern Belt, and that really had impacted Biden a lot throughout the early

summer.
