How's everybody doing? Hope we're all getting ready for the weekend.

Looks like we have a nice forecast, at least up here in upstate New York,

hoping to get out, either do a bike ride with the gang or some sort of hike.

Pretty good week for me. Got a nice bike ride in on Sunday.

Sunday night started the planning process with my brother and sister-in-law,

Brian and Amy, those two and their children Joan and Emma.

We're going out on a nice bike trip in a couple of weeks.

So it was really fun talking to them and going through the whole planning process

and I am excited about that trip. They are great people.

They care a lot about them and I just know we're going to have a lot of fun out there.

Also, some of you might be happy to hear this.

No longer will I be going on about replacing my backpack.

No longer you're going to have to hear me sitting here saying,

should I or shouldn't I? No more of that.

Well, the new backpack is here. I have officially retired my go light after all these years.
