When your boss calls you out in public

The biggest issue is actually not the boss. It's your ego and how you react to that

So here's the situation

working with a company. I'm talking to a sales manager and

He's frustrated about this company's work from a home policy that they're about to enact as a response to COVID

So as you might guess and as you all know a lot of companies are dealing with this is

COVID kicks off a lot of people working remotely

Working from home has become a thing and now we're finding the right way to bring people back to work

So how do we get people back to the office do it smart do it saved you with the right way?

This sales manager had built and briefed a plan

To his boss the CFO who he's working for on how they're gonna execute this return to work plan and what's gonna be the new work from home policy

and

He thought he was all good to go so he briefed the CFO about three or four days later

He brings his entire team in on the zoom call CFO's there. He starts briefing as part of this meeting
