But if you made the calls, told the truth, followed through, kept your word and did what you did not want to do when you did not want to do it, that matters. Give yourself credit for that.

Because too many people only feel good when the outside result shows up fast. That is fragile.

You need something stronger. You need

to learn how to respect yourself for your obedience to the work. Results matter. Of course they do,

but character is built before results show up. Tonight's assignment is simple. Identify one

moment today where you acted with discipline instead of emotion. Give yourself credit for that,

then do it again tomorrow. That is how standards become identity.
