announcing that she will not seek to continue running Democrats in the House. She lost her

speakership because Republicans have taken control of the house. She has been leader of the Democrats

in the House for 19 years began as a minority leader in 2003 ascended to the majority,

ascended to the speakership in 2000 after the 2006 elections, lost the speakership, which we'll

talk about a little bit in twin after the 2010 elections, regained the speakership in 2018

after the midterm elections there and the speakership has never lost to the Democrats. She is 82
