Watch that body sit down.

In despair, in defeat, in need.

Wanting to throw in the towel.

You're witnessing a movie, the part of the movie where that

character feels low. It feels abandoned. It feels like what's the point? It feels like it's

tried everything. It feels like it can't see a way out it feels like

god is not with it with you god is not in the whirlwind god is not in that scene because that

scene is not you are not in that scene because that scene is not. You are not in that scene. That's the shift. That's the cure.

This voice is a golden thread. Follow it out of that scene. Out of the despair. Out of the confusion.

Out of that body. The body is still there, but you are not.

You are here. And here does not have a location. You cannot pinpoint it. I cannot tell you where

here is. You just know. And from here, you're aware of that body. You're aware of its weight.

You're aware of those thoughts. But now you know they are not yours. And because you know that

that body may begin to feel love, it may begin to chant, it may begin to pray in a way where there is some relief because it has broken script.

It fills a peace that is beyond its world, beyond that scene, beyond its circumstances.

It makes no sense for it to feel okay, given the circumstances,

but it does. Because you know who you are. And as long as you know who you are, the suffering

stops, the crucifixion stops, the desperate prayers stop. And the seeming rise of the phoenix starts, the rising from the ashes,

the ascension, the promotion of that character, the healing of that character,

because you're here, to keep remembering that you're here and not there, begin to hear that

character's prayer. One word repeatedly. The sound of love there
