You're aware of a scene in the movie of that body pressing play on a podcast to experience

some relief or clarity or distraction.

But what it doesn't know is that you are no longer hypnotized by it.

You are no longer thinking you are the actor. No matter what that

body is doing right now, you are the witness of it. You are watching it. It's like you're

watching someone else. And yet, you seem to be the one that has the thought to lift its right hand,

or to lift its left hand, or to raise its right leg, to stand up, to go get water,

until you see that you are also not that mind

not those thoughts

we practice

in this recording

that body will go get water

right now.

Watch it rise.

And begin to move to walk in the direction of the water.

But you remain still.

You allow those scenes to move through you, including that body moving, it is moving through you,

door frames passing through you, not you passing through them.

And watch that body reach for the vessel.

Plastic glass fill the vessel in its hand either filled or being filled by that body and then watch that vessel

and closer to where others see that body's face. In that perspective

that you have, there is no face. It's like that vessel is coming towards the camera.
