Hi everybody. Welcome to the Women's Dating and Confidence Podcasts. My name is Amber, and

0:14.4

today we're going to talk about the fear of being the crazy girl who wants commitment.

0:21.1

Before we get into that, I want to share with you my free guide called copy and paste texts

0:26.5

for when he's pulling away or acting flaky.

0:29.2

And the link for that is going to be in the show notes of this episode.

This topic came up because I was hanging out with one of my guy friends and his girlfriend

1:35.9

1:39.8

And so eventually she changed her mindset around this and realized that it was okay to ask for what

1:46.9

she needed and felt comfortable with when she was dating somebody that she likes.

1:51.6

And now she's in an awesome relationship with my friend.

1:56.8

But this topic is really common in general with my clients that I work with in my group.

2:05.5

And it comes up probably at least on a weekly basis, and especially as we get closer to having that exclusivity conversation when one of my clients is dating somebody that they like and they feel like

2:20.3

they might want to be exclusive.

2:22.3

I mean, that's the whole name of the program from dating to exclusive.
