And I wanted to talk about something today that I feel like ties in perfectly to this time of year because we are now, I can't believe that it's almost summer, that May has come and gone.

And we're at that point in the year where it's midseason and a lot of people need a little bit of a tune-up around their

mindset and their habits because it is really close to summer and you're going to have,

you know, a lot of women who are trying to get bikini ready and they're going to overly

restrict and try to white-knuckle and get through the next few weeks

to a month to get more bikini ready. And then you're going to have, you know, the other half who

is going to say, you know what, it's too late. It's too far gone. Yolo, I'm just going to do what I want

over the next few months because it doesn't matter anyways.

So that's what I want to talk about today. You don't need a full reboot. A lot of this is just

coming back to the basics. And it's what I like to call the core for. So these are four things
