2nd. But on to today's topic, which is all about being skinny fat. So when you hear somebody

say skinny fat, basically what they're talking about is a body composition that has

low muscle mass and a higher body fat percentage, especially around the belly area. I will say that

when I first started losing weight, like when I gained the significant amount of weight when I was

pregnant with Weston, I got up to 200 pounds. And as I was losing weight, it was truly weight. I can't even say that it was like all

fat loss. Yes, of course, there was fat loss, but I'm sure that during that time I probably

lost muscle as well because I was not strength training. I was not eating high protein.

I couldn't, I was probably, if I had to guess, it may have been like 50 grams of protein a day, if that.

And the workouts and things that I was doing was a lot of just cardio and jogging.

And so I definitely, if you could see the picture that I have in my mind right now, I was what I would call skinny fat.
