Yeah. So I think as we as we get started in this conversation about difficult conversations,

it's important to think about my origin in this because I came to this field because I was

profoundly bad at having difficult conversation. So I'm a recovering people pleaser. And now what I,

what I've done is I've shifted my identity from people pleaser to negotiator. And so this

journey is really interesting because I wasn't even a really aware of the concept of negotiation
