Summary

I sit down with Anthony Rispo to dive deep into social cognition, human behavior, and the cultural shifts affecting men and women today. We explore how disagreements can fracture relationships, the erosion of nuance in public discourse, and the role social media plays in polarizing people.

Anthony also shares his insights on gender dynamics, the state of therapy for men, and the growing narrative around being “better off alone.” This is a thought-provoking conversation that isn’t afraid to push into complex and sometimes controversial territory.

Yeah, you know, I stumbled across some of your work online,

0:16.4

and I found it to be insightful, well, well spoken. You really have a good way of articulating

got curious about your work and I thought it'd be interesting for us to sit down and just sort of jam. Yeah. Thank you. So tell maybe tell the listener a little bit

1:30.2

regarding wellness and human potential and healing and all that stuff. But I never really

1:36.8

leaned into it. So I was always sort of on the outskirts of it, talking about it. But the pandemic hit and things slowed down for musicians. And I had some

1:47.9

time to introspect and lean into the other aspects of myself that I thought had been, you know,

1:54.7

kind of quiet. And I thought, you know, why would I go back to school, pay all this money,

2:00.6
