I spend a lot of time thinking about communication, relationships, psychology, all this stuff that I

bring to the air once a week. Why do I do that? Because I was terribly dysfunctional when I was

younger. I brought a lot of dysfunction and toxic behaviors into my relationships and I screwed

them up. I made them bad when they could have been good. I brought hurt where I could have been

supportive. I brought deception and manipulation and all kinds of bad behaviors when I should have

been loving and caring and compassionate. But I didn't know any better and I had poor coping

mechanisms. I was unhealthy and it took a long time to figure out a lot of the individual behaviors

that I was doing to figure out how they were bad if they were bad because I believed that I was
