If you're massively overweight or if you're out of shape and you're drinking alcohol, you know, three or four nights a week, you got to earn it. Get yourself in great shape and then have the ability to go and have, you know, a couple glasses of wine or a couple tequila drinks or bourbon, right? But if you're if you're not in good shape, you don't like the way you look, you don't like the way you feel, you cannot justify drinking multiple times a week and then use that as well as like, well, I still want to be able to drink and get to where I want to go. And so, you know, we've seen a lot of entrepreneurs, a lot of real estate investors that get really unhealthy.

People focus too much on their business, but they don't focus on themselves.

And I always say you've got to pay yourself every morning first because without the health, nothing else matters. And so what is nervous system regulation for entrepreneurs? What do you mean when you say that? Yeah, you know, I think something that's very overlooked for a lot of

entrepreneurs, people that own businesses that are high performers, right? When I say a high performer,

that's somebody that is getting after it every day, you know, they're on calls, right? They're on Zoom calls. They're working on the business, in the business. You're constantly setting a new goal for yourself. You're constantly raising the bar and you're constantly chasing. I don't think there's anything wrong with with chasing goals. I think we should all have goals that we're striving for because that's, you know, that's how we maintain happiness is by overcoming problems. However, in the process,

what happens is you start to neglect your body, you start to neglect your mind and you focus so
