Reese holds PRs of 2:13 (800), 4:47 (1600), 10:25 (3200), 16:58 (XC). She is the 2023 VISAA XC state champ, 2xVISAA 800, State Champ, the VISAA 1600m State Champ, and qualified for both NXN and Foot Locker. Reese is committed to run for The University of North Carolina next year.

0:06.4	Today is a first because I'm going to speak with teammates this time, two people, three people
0:10.7	total speaking in today's conversation, which is always fun and makes for a great vibe.
0:15.4	The teammates and the names are Maddie Gardner and Reese Dalton, absolutely amazing athletes
0:20.3	out of the great state of Virginia. If you're not familiar with either, Maddie holds PR and Reese Dalton, absolutely amazing athletes out of the great state of Virginia.
0:22.2	If you're not familiar with either, Maddie holds PRs of 458 in the 1600, 1024 in the 3,200, and 1653 on the grass.
0:30.3	She's won multiple state titles. Rees holds PRs of 2.13 in the 800, 447 in the 16,25, and 3,200, and 1658 on the grass.
0:40.1	Reese also has won a few state championships as well. They're both insanely accomplished
0:44.5	athletes, and both are committed to run for the University of North Carolina next year,
0:49.6	which is super exciting. They both made the Foot Locker Cross Country National meet

0:54.6	South region, and I had the privilege of meeting both of them. And then I put up something on
