and it is the C word. Now it's probably not the C word that you think, it's consistency. Consistency is

probably the thing that kills people's progress in the gym more than anything else.

Consistency is truly the secret to achieving a phenomenal body or a phenomenal business or really

just phenomenal results in any endeavor. And it is the one thing that trips people up.

People think that in order to get a spectacular body or to carve an amazing set of abs or to get, you know, cut legs or a booty that

could crack nuts that they need to do all these weird and wonderful things. They think that it

requires all these different crazy exercises or that it requires no starvation diets or you have to be

really planned or really prepped or or something really mystical they think that these people who have

these incredible bodies or these really big online fitness businesses like me that you know we must

have something unique that nobody else does and what they don't want to hear is, it's actually not true.
