Catch the ticket. It is Friday. We are on the heels of the weekend, which we can't wait for here at catch the ticket.

But before we get to the weekend, we're going to make sure that we have something on your plate for Friday.

I mean, I know you haven't heard from this man, Kenny Cotton, probably I don't know, week and a half or so.

But at 9 and 2 in the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs, he's back. He's bringing you some action for this weekend.

But first I want to ask Kenny, what the hell happened in the NHL playoffs where all of a sudden there is these tight games.

And now when I come into work in the morning and I come across your Twitter account, all you're talking about is blowouts.

And so then I have to go look at the box score and you're right.

Teams aren't playing close games other than like last night with Carolina and New Jersey. They went to overtime.

What the hell happened? Evan, you're as confused about that as I am.

Seven to one. I've seen eight to four. I've seen five to one. It's like video game notice.

Yeah, exactly. It's it's preposterous, especially compared to the precedent that the NHL is set. I don't know for the past three decades of playoff hockey.

It's never been like this. You get your blots every so often. Maybe once a series, maybe a couple times around.

But this at the pace that they're going with these blowouts, usually two things are true. Close games and unders.

I don't know what the hell happened. That's why I'm not betting on a unders or totals or anything like that is because it's been so wildly inconsistent.

I haven't seen anything like this in my maybe in my entire life. All right. So I don't even I don't I'm going to be honest.

I don't know what's playing tonight. Is it Toronto and Florida? Is that what? Yes. Toronto and Florida. And it's in Toronto.
