releasing any physical tension in your body and allowing yourself to feel heavy.

So now take a deep breath in and collect any worries or concerns before audibly sighing them all away.

Last time we met a princess with a heart of gold named Sabrenetta, living in a dragon-proof tower,

banished there after her parents passed away, and the kingdom was left to her cousin,

a mean, selfish prince who would parade through the streets with his band of badly behaved hippopotamuses.

Sabrenetta was looking out of her window on May Day and saw a dragon emerge from the forest

where all the children were playing. The prince went out to hunt it and the dragon ate every last one of his

hippos as the prince ran away to hide. He stumbled on a pigkeeper named Elfin who in return

for half the kingdom and the hand of the princess told him that every

night the dragon shrunk down to the size of a thumb.
