Tonight we are continuing with the Book of Dragons.

Imagine all those thoughts and worries from the day of filling up a big balloon.

And on your exhale,

blow that balloon away from you. Once more, inhale and exhale.

A poor blacksmith lived in an abandoned castle outside of town with his wife and their baby who cried all the time.

One day they heard a terrible noise from the dungeons beneath the castle.

When he went to investigate, the blacksmith found a large ironclad dragon who asked him to mend some broken rivets on its back.

The blacksmith told the dragon he would need to tie him up first to protect himself. The reluctant dragon permitted this, providing the blacksmith, give him something he held dear, so he knew he would let him go again.

He offered the dragon his baby, warning babies were poisonous to dragons to eat.

The crying baby kept the dragon awake all evening and he eventually begged the

blacksmith's wife to take the baby while he slept.
