And you're a list to know me and radio. Hey it's Matt and Doug here with No Meat Athlete Radio episode 53. Today we're doing something a little bit different.

The last time we tried talking about an old blog post and we're still going to keep

doing those. That was fun. But this time we're going to do some Q&A and we've

started featuring listener questions on the

podcast.

We love it when you call in and leave a message so we can get your voice on here.

But in this case we're doing a little bit of email inbox cleanout slash text Q&A.

That's right.

So what we're going to do here, we have a lot of them.

This is stuff that has, I have some stuff goes back to August August and September I've been sort of

delinquent in answering all my email but we're just gonna go through it we've got a

bunch here we're gonna set a two minute limit on each question and we're just going to run through

these and see how it turns out. If it turns out that it's good, then we'll keep doing these things

in the future and maybe this will become the way that we answer email questions, but we don't really know what to expect,

so we're just going to set the timer and get started.

But I will say that most of these questions could be applied to just about anyone.
