And in February of 2016, I put myself on a ketogenic diet

to take control of my metabolism.

In just two and a half months,

I managed to reverse all my markers of type 2 diabetes with diet alone.

As of now I'm 80 pounds lighter with no signs of diabetes or heart disease.

I've been on a kiddogenic diet since April of 2014.

When I started I was very sick with complications from type 2 diabetes.

Within six months of starting a kiddogenic diet, all of my biomarkers of disease had disappeared.

I've lost about 100 pounds, I've completely turned my health around.

In this show is a document of my progress through ketosis and and Richards experience thriving for years in
