What are you seeing as far as what's the best strategy to do in 2023 as a real estate investor?

Man like no one's gonna want to hear it.

It's a how do I want to even put this man in the? I talk about how most of us think that we're standing on a stair well and that if we walk up a stair that's like effort right that you actually got wealth, got ahead.

Yeah.

But if you're not making moves,

you feel like you're just staying where you were.

Yeah.

That is not the economy we are in.

Inflation is ripping apart the wealth we've in. Inflation is ripping apart. The wealth we've built for ourselves

and money that we've saved and opportunities we have. You are not on a set of

stairs, you are on an escalator that is moving down. If you are not taking action you are a

100% falling behind right now, but you don't feel like you are because the

value of your stock portfolio, your real estate, it's going up. But the fact is the dollars it's being

measured by are becoming worth less and less your actual wealth is probably going

down so it's it's much more bleak than what people realize because the way we measure wealth is by dollars.

I talk about basically a dollar is used for three purposes.

It's a means of exchange, which we all know.

It's a unit of account, right?

So if I said, hey, how much is that camera worth?

You wouldn't say it's worth about one seventh of a productive day at my job.

Or you wouldn't say it's worth about 1.35 of a Toyota Camry. You would say it's a $2,000 camera or something like that, right?

We measure things by dollars. And the third thing is money is used as a storage of energy.
