Summary

A great self-help book can be life-changing, it really can, but how do you know a good self-help book when you see one? Here are the best of the best I've read in 2019...

Mastery: The Keys to Success and Long-Term Fulfillment by George Leonard.

Mind over Clutter by Nicola Lewis.

Lost Connections by Johann Hari.

The Stress Solution by Dr Rangan Chatterjee.

How to Fix Your Shit by Shaa Wasmund.
