| 1:08.8 | Number one, create a place where you're going to keep an ongoing record, notes, if you will, about what areas you want to start with first that are causing you the most discord. |

| 1:23.8 | And you're going to label those rooms and you're also going to write a few notes about what you'd like those rooms to look like or those areas. |
| 1:28.8 | Your number two assignment was simply to acknowledge that clutter is not okay. |
| 1:33.8 | It's holding you back, it's holding your life hostage. |
| 1:36.8 | It's a major barrier. It's not a little thing. |
| 1:39.8 | It's not, oh, I've got this messy room in my house and it's not that big of a deal. |
| 1:44.8 | No, it's a really big deal. And it's holding your life hostage. |
| 1:47.8 | And it's something you can fix. It's within your control. |
| 1:51.8 | You've got to take responsibility. |
