Hi, I'm Dave. If you're brand new, welcome, I want to offer you 90 days to a walking habit you'll love.

It's a five-part plan that I believe could change your life. It's free. There's a link in the show

notes. Today I want to talk about the benefits of walking more. And if this is a brand new concept for

0:35.2

you, walking for fitness, walking for for exercise I really do believe it's a habit that

0:42.7

could change your life and it's a habit that you can fall in love with doesn't start there

0:47.6

but if you don't give up I think you'll find both of those true. It'll change your life and that you'll

1:55.9

is your lifestyle more sedentary? Where you live is going to be a factor. If you live on a farm and you have a

2:06.9

mile long driveway and you walk to get your mail, it's going to be different than you open the door,

2:13.1

walk to the end of the sidewalk, get your mail and come back in. So where you live, the geography of where you live,

2:20.3

is going to have an impact, as well as the weather where you live.

2:25.3

If the weather is very cold or very hot,

2:28.3

that's going to have an impact on how much you're walking.

2:31.3

I think for most of us that's true.

2:38.8

I have had a few days, not many, but I've had a few days where,
