Hi, I'm Dave. Do you like walking in nature?

So let me describe where I'm walking right now. To my left, I've got trees.

Maybe you can hear some of the birds in the distance. To my right there is a lake, and I see a duck that is gently gliding on the lake.

And up ahead, here are four more ducks.

I've got three geese that are walking down a bank towards the water.

The sun is up.

It's a partly sunny morning, so the sun is kind of lingering behind some clouds, but I can also see some blue sky and certainly can see the sun.

It's just sound like a walking nature to you? Does it sound idyllic?

Let me also paint the full picture.

Just behind me, maybe a hundred yards is a road.

Can you hear the traffic on the road?

On the other side of the lake is a community, so I can see the houses.

The trees to my left have now disappeared. They're behind me.

And right up ahead is a business that looks very industrial.

And there's a line of trees between me and the business. And then maybe a half mile to a

mile away is the airport. And I don't know if you can hear it, but I can hear a jet engine,

probably at the terminal, at the gate, getting ready to push back and taxi down the runway and take

off. So while the first picture I painted was one of nature, the fuller picture is it's more

nature-like or nature light. Walking in nature actually has some incredible benefits.
