Today's 10 minute walk is helping you create a walking habit you're going to fall in love with.

Hi, I'm Dave. I don't know if you can hear the wind.

It's a breezy morning here in South Carolina.

And right now I'm walking into the wind and it is, I'm going to guess this is maybe a 15 mile an hour wind.

Interestingly, because we live near the ocean and it tends to be at minimum breezy here most of the time.

The ocean is about a mile, mile and a half from where I am, but it's behind me.

So this is not wind that's coming off of the ocean.

This is wind that's coming from inland.

So interesting.

Joanne writes, hi Dave.

In March was my one year anniversary of walking with you.

Since then, I've continued to walk with you in the morning and added on more time every day.

I try to get 30 minutes of walking in each day.

It has changed my life in many ways.

As an autism mom, the stress and anxiety can be extremely high.

These walks help me feel better in ways I couldn't have imagined years ago.

And then Joanne goes on and she's talking about a video that I posted on the Walking Us Fitness YouTube channel.

such a hard time concentrating on what you were saying because the view of my yearly
