Today's 10 minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent.

Hi, I'm Dave. Let's go for a walk.

I don't know if you can hear the wind. It's a little breezy this morning.

Temperature is a little cooler than normal.

We've got sunshine here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

And one of the things I've learned since living here

is that when you are in the sun, it is significantly warmer

than when you are in the shade.

And that can make all the difference

when the weather turns cold.

I've noticed something, and this hasn't really been intentional on my part,

imagine these are folks who are going to work and I'm gonna get past this

intersection and things should quiet down just a little bit but I've noticed

that at least this winter, I've been walking more briskly

now that the weather has turned cooler. And I think part of that is summertime, heat, and humidity
