Hello friends. Welcome back to the podcast. Happy Monday. Happy coffee chat day.

It has been a minute since we've done a full-on coffee chat. I'm excited.

If you're new here, welcome. What we do for coffee chats are we do three good things that are

kind of going on behind the scenes over here or just three things I'm appreciating right now.

We talk about what I'm learning this week and then we get into what's going on behind the scenes.

Like what happened last week, what I'm feeling vulnerable about, what I'm feeling proud of.

We talk about my core desired feelings and how I intend to make those happen.

We talk about the self-care that I intend to do and then we talk about what's coming up on the

podcast this week. This is all an invitation for you to do these reflections for yourself as well

as an opportunity for us to just kind of catch up and get the lay of the land. How are things going?

What's going on? What do you expect coming up? So behind the scenes over here right now,

y'all, it has been quite the journey. I'm just going to give you a little rundown of what we've

been up to. So we moved back to North Carolina from Swanee, Tennessee. We were there for six weeks

while my husband did his MFA. It's a low-res program. So they meet every six weeks in the summer.

And so he did that program. We moved back Friday. Friends, we got back Friday at 5 p.m.

And in that time, had to unload our car, go pick up the kiddo, get showered and cleaned up,

and then my husband had a reading at 6.30 that evening. So we had like an hour and a half to move.

All over things into the house, get clean, get the kiddo, pack up, make sure everybody had snacks

and things they needed and get back to it. We've been home for two full days now, two and a half.

And we leave tomorrow to go out again. We're going to the Enneagram Conference in San Francisco,

which by the time you're hearing this is already past. But we're gearing up to go,
