Today we are talking with Evie Jenner, founder of the type guide. As the type guide she coaches all

kinds of clients looking for breakthrough whether it's career changes, relationships, friendships,

teams or personal development but having spent most of her 20s dealing with undiagnosed and

misdiagnosed health issues she's especially hopeful of the impact the Anya Graham can have in

women's health. This led her to develop a coaching course focused on arm and shoulder cycles,

the only one of its kind in the UK. She's desperate to tap into the wisdom of our bodies and the
