0:45.3	One, I think some, most of people that I talk about that hate budgets are people that
0:49.4	never try to budget because they're afraid maybe that it will limit them or it's going to be a lot of work
0:56.1	or something that keeps them away from it. Now, I've had a few people that had been in a relationship
1:01.1	or marriage before where they had budgets and what the spouse kind of held it over their head
