Thanks for listening. Well, today on Ask Dr. Kim, we're going to be divulging yet another question

that one of our great listeners submitted to us. They asked, how long do you wait

on a guy to propose? What a great question. We actually hear this question a lot. We got this

submitted a few times, so we figured we might as well go ahead and answer it. Dr. Cam, what are your

thoughts? How long do you wait for a guy to propose? That's such a good question. And I know a lot of

women that I work with in counseling that just get really frustrated.

I think first look at your situation.

How long have you been dating?

Are there things going on in your lives?

Like is he finishing school?

And so he wants to just kind of get that done, get started in his job.

Just look at the situations.

But, you know, if there seems to be excuses, then I'd start looking like, you know,

why isn't this guy proposing?

So I think there's kind of a time that most people are going to feel kind of comfortable

with.

We've been dating that's going really well,

and your next step is marriage. And so as your expectations get there, you know, after a year,

you're going to have to dating, depending on your age, you're going to say, okay, probably should

be a proposal coming pretty soon. Yeah, absolutely. That's a good point. And I do think, like,
