| 0:05.0 | Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. |

| 0:09.0 | Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for. |
| 0:16.2 | Today we celebrate the Feast of the Ascension. At the last supper Jesus told the Apostles that after he arises from the dead, that he would go away. |
| 0:25.0 | Hearing this, the apostles were saddened, but Jesus reassures them that it was better for him to go. |
| 0:35.0 | For if he did, he would come back to them in an even more intimate way. |
| 0:41.0 | Jesus ascended into heaven so that he could descend into our soul. |
| 0:50.0 | By faith and baptism, Jesus now lives in us. |
