| 0:00.0 | Welcome back to the Mind Over Macrows Podcast. As always I am your host Mike Milner and today I wanted to do a show talking about why I am so passionate about neurotyping. |
| 0:17.2 | So lately I've been seeing a lot of information out there and I actually wrote an email about something in particular |
| 0:24.5 | that I saw that was really disturbing to me but basically there's all this information |
| 0:28.7 | out there where you have influencers or coaching companies or you know specific coaches who are |
| 0:37.0 | promoting different protocols based solely off of what worked best for them, |

| 1:34.0 | Now in this particular instance, you know, |
| 1:37.2 | it was basically like just kind of saying |
| 1:40.7 | as far as like how to eat like timing throughout the day and trying to place |
| 1:46.0 | everybody into the same way of doing things and and pretending like everybody's going to |
| 1:50.9 | see the same result. |
| 1:52.8 | Now, the reason that I am so passionate about neurotyping |
| 1:56.1 | is because it's a way to grasp individual variants |
