| 3:06.1 | has become quite mainstream it's actually taught in education oh I was taught to be |
| 3:11.4 | successful is to have this this this and this and you will only be happy after you have accomplished this, this, this and this. |
| 3:19.0 | And so it's a non-stop cycle of doing and even if we are given a day to rest or a vacation |
| 3:29.9 | sometimes we make our vacation busier than it should be and we get even more tired. |
| 3:37.8 | And it is also because there is such a habit in us and transmitted to us by maybe our ancestors, maybe our culture, our society, that we shouldn't be still. |
