This week has been all about celebrating the ways that we have grown and acknowledging the fact that we have healed and changed so much over the past few weeks and months and years. There's often this idea that we always have something that have to be fixed,

that there's always another thing to get better at, something else we have to heal, that inner

and outer work of just being a human being can feel really exhausting at times.

What I want to do today is I want you to gift yourself a moment of doing nothing.

And this is challenging for most of us.

I'm sure it's, at least it's very challenging for me, the idea of having a moment of doing

Even a self-care practice like meditation for me can become a doing something, where I roll out my yoga mat and I grab my meditation cushion and I maybe set a little timer.

I sit down and then I do my meditation practice.

essence of meditating is becoming absolutely present in the moment. And the mind likes to take even
