Welcome back to Skinny Dipping the podcast. I'm Kayla Rose and this episode is on the art of

audacity. Recently, I've been observing the world and observing the people that end up with the

most opportunities no matter where they came from. And the truth is it always comes back to

the amount of audacity. Their capacity for audacity creates their success.

And today I wanted to talk about the actionable steps on how you can actually transcend

this self-sabotage part of yourself that says, oh, we can't do it, we need more accolades,

we need more credibility, we need to get this internship first before we can do XYZ. Any part of you that believes I need to do this before I take action, I want to take that part today.

I want to dissect it.

I want to pull it apart.

I want to look at its fears.

I want to look at its desires.

And I want to be like, how can we create the most audacious version of yourself that just

fucking goes for it?

That stops waiting to create and just

genuinely allows yourself to listen to your gifts, your talent, your inspired action,

and to actually act on it, to actually do something about it because this is the season of leaping.

And we are talking about how to get the fuck out of our own way.
