So, a big misconception of me is that, because I talk about direct book and direct book

and direct bookings, is that I am going to make you go cold turkey on all of the OTAs.

But that is further from the truth.

My whole thing is about direct bookings, yes, but I say to everybody, you need to be on

all of the OTAs.

This is where I'm such a massive fan of you getting a property management software tool,

i.e. hostfully, i.e. uplisten, i.e. super control, whoever you are with.

So if you haven't already, what I would love for you to do is I want for you to do this

bit of training, I'm going to put the link to the left.

And this training, make sure that you are listed on all of the correct websites and list

insights and apps that are applicable to your location and your niche, which is really

key, location and niche.

So when I got you to list everywhere, and ideally all of these places will have an iCal

or an API that brings it into your PMS, so that means you'll never get a double booking.

But this is the key, is to making sure that you are spread everywhere.

And then once you are spread everywhere, then we can start to go down the process of figuring

out what your 80-20 rule is.

I have done this training time and time again in multiple locations, multiple niches, and

there is always at least one website that comes up that we never knew about.
