This week, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito announced that he will not recuse himself from hearing January 6th-related cases amid controversy over a flag associated with Donald Trump's

stop-the-ste steel effort that flew outside

Alito's home. Democrats argue that Alito has created reasonable doubt about his ability to be

impartial in those cases. Alito blamed the flag on his wife. The question now is, what can Democrats

do about this situation?

Alito is basically telling them to go take a flying leap off the Capitol.

So what more can Democrats do at a time when the Supreme Court seems to be in the middle of a
