Today's 10 minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent.

Let's go for a walk in Asheville.

And unlike the first two days, today's walk is not about going and finding coffee.

I'm going to make coffee when I get back to the house.

We are staying in an Airbnb.

One of the things I love about walking as a fitness activity, it can combine so many different

things.

You've got the fitness.

You can also, as you're walking, listen to a podcast.

You can listen to a book. You can listen to a book.

You can walk with a friend and talk and get to know them better.

When you're on vacation, depending on where you are, your walk can also be an adventure.

It can be discovery.

And I guess to a certain degree actually a pretty large degree yesterday

and the day before those walks were an adventure let's go find coffee and I'm

batting 500 on that one today I'm going to take you along a path that I discovered when I first got here.

So we are staying in an area that's close to the River Arts District.

It's an old industrial area here in Asheville that has been revitalized and artists have

their studios in these old buildings and condos and apartments are being built up around this area.

Where we are staying is within walking distance of the River Arts District. And on Google Maps, it shows a path at the end of our street,

and I'm thinking, oh, well, that's a path to the shopping area,

to where the restaurants are, where the River Arts District is.
