The whole shift should probably be less about fatness because we're obsessed with fatness.

I got to go on a diet.

I got to lose these pounds.

And more about fitness, nobody says, oh my gosh, I can't walk up 10 flights of stairs.

Well, you know, dialing 911 because I'm pretty sure I'm having a heart attack.

We'll talk more about that later, but the big mindset for me has been more like,

hey, how fit can I get?

And I try to shift that.

In fact, that's probably the one of the biggest mindset shifts you can make.
