Hi, besties, and welcome back to the Sad Savage podcast. My name is Shelby Sacco, and I'm your host,

0:05.3

and in today's episode, I'm going to go in depth on my new 55 Savage Challenge. The new year is

0:11.0

right around the corner, and the whole new year, new me, sometimes it frustrates me. And the reason

0:15.7

why is because we make huge goals. We make like wild, crazy goals, but we don't create a plan on how to actually get there.

0:21.8

We get upset when we fail and then we let it discourage us. But I created this challenge

0:26.6

strategically to help you slowly change your lifestyle in a realistic and a sustainable way

0:31.0

for real results. I also want to say that you can start this challenge at any time. It does not

0:35.8

have to be January 1st. Heck, it can mean like a couple of years. If you want to change your entire life, you can,

0:40.8

but it's not going to happen overnight. Now I did it. I literally went from sad to savage, hey,

0:45.2

and I created this challenge to teach you step by step how to do it too. You are capable of

0:49.9

creating your dream life. I cannot express it enough. You are deserving and you are in control of

0:54.9

your future. You can create healthy habits and you can become the dream version of yourself

0:59.7

and you can literally pull yourself from the depths of rock bottom. You can change the way your brain

1:04.0

thinks. Hell, you can even change the way your brain literally works. I believe in you so much and being

1:08.9

here, like listening to this episode, you've already

1:10.9

taking huge steps forward. You're choosing you and I'm already really, really proud of you. And I'm

1:15.0

really happy that you're here. I always feel like my podcast for like a phone call and I love it.

1:18.8

Now, before going over the challenge and going over each rule in depth, I want to share my credentials.

1:23.7

I always say that. Like, I want to share my credentials and I just tell a story and the thought process behind creating this challenge. For anyone new here, my name is Shelby Sacco. I guess I already

1:32.2

said that in intro, but, oh well, and I'm the self-proclaimed habit hype girl. And now I'm also

1:37.1

calling myself the routine queen. I went on live the other day while I was getting ready,

1:40.8

and someone commented that her and her boyfriend called me the routine queen and I said, oh my God, I love it. But anyway, in January of 2020, I hit rock bottom, which I also
