whatever that is to us, right? We're looking to express this limitless version of ourselves. And I always say, what would life look like

if you were expressing the best version of yourself, maybe the most authentic version of

yourself, minute to minute to minute in every area of your life? The authenticity part is really

so many of us become somebody new, becomes somebody different to fit in, to adapt, to be

accepted, to be loved. And we sometimes repress other parts of ourselves that we know that we

love or know that is part of us, but we don't always show it. So how do we first express the authentic version of ourselves in its fullest capacity?

And so that may look like, you know, there's some part of me that loves to play chess,

and I don't always express that publicly, or there's some part of me that loves to be a snuggling, loving dad,

whatever. You know, you get the idea, there's some part of you that is fully expressed

and authentic, and that's the most ideal part of you. That's the part that you want to

express more of, but there's other parts of you. And I suggest you think about what does it
